So how long until I actually get my parcel?
All our products are hand-made to order, just for you, but we try our very best to make sure that all orders are dispatched within 3-7 working days.
Please note that personalised items can sometimes take longer, so please allow 7-14 days for these.
How long will it take?
UK MAINLAND: 2-3 working days from dispatch
NON-MAINLAND UK: 2-5 working days from dispatch
EUROPE: 2-10 working days from dispatch
WORLD ZONE 1: 5-12 working days from dispatch
WORLD ZONE 2: 5-12 working days from dispatch

United Kingdom: FREE standard delivery on orders over £44. Orders under £44 delivery is charged at £2.99.
Europe Zone 1: From £7.55 per order (calculated at checkout)
Europe Zone 2: From £7.70 per order (calculated at checkout)
Europe Zone 3: From £8.40 per order (calculated at checkout)
World Zone 1: From £8.95 per order (calculated at checkout)
World Zone 2: From £9.95 per order (calculated at checkout)

Import duties & customs
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your delivery may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are not included in our prices, and you’ll be responsible for paying them. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and can’t say exactly how much they might be.
